Understanding that many business issues are based on the same root causes, and that these root causes are frequently independent of industry type and addressed markets, Pamoga LLC sought to convey solutions to such issues in a manner which could be specifically and yet broadly applied, leading to the creation of the Case Studies that comprise its Body of Knowledge.
Pamoga LLC provides through its Case Studies a reference tool that enables businesses to internalize and apply concepts which may be useful in resolving their current issues.
Each Case Study consists of three sections. First, the Exposition provides a narrative of a real life business issue through its players, the issue faced, and the business setting in which it unfolds. Second, the Applicable Theory defines the knowledge relevant to the issue described. Third, the Real World Solution derives this Theory within its business context and describes its application toward issue resolution. While narratives convey real life issues and solutions, no business or particular individual is uniquely identified.
