Case Study Methodology
Pamoga LLC's Services Model addresses the three key business success areas of Strategic Growth Planning, New Product Introduction, and Process Transformation through its Case Studies, its Registration Categories, and its Consulting Methods.
Case Studies offer clients specific information on business problems, the environment in which they arise, and the possible solutions to resolve them, using as background real world business situations in which these solutions were successfully applied. Case Studies are available through Pamoga.com's online Body of Knowledge, or PmgBoK. For additional information, see Case Study Methodology.
Access to most content available on Pamoga.com requires users to register with Pamoga LLC. Registration Categories differ based on access limitations, cost, and allowed uses of Body of Knowledge content, and currently include Individual and Site types. To compare them, see Registration Categories.
Consulting methods include On-Line consulting, as offered through Pamoga.com's Body of Knowledge, and Direct consulting, offered based on client need and provided remotely or on-site. For additional information see Consulting Methods.
Case Study Methodology is focused on the generation of Case Studies based on actual business engagements with over 75 companies during the 20 year period from which Pamoga LLC draws its expertise, exploring business issues and the actionable, straightforward approaches to solving them.
Each Case Study consists of three sections. First, the Exposition provides a narrative of a real life business issue through its players, the issue faced, and the business setting in which it unfolds. Second, the Applicable Theory defines the knowledge relevant to the issue described. Third, the Real World Solution derives this Theory within its business context and describes its application toward issue resolution. While narratives convey real life issues and solutions, no business or particular individual is uniquely identified.
Case Studies are offered in PDF format at a nominal cost to users with an Individual registration and free to those who form part of an Enterprise one. The Exposition section of each Case Study may be obtained without cost by any registered user. Case Studies may also provide a separate MPEG-4 Audience component that presents the Case Study in audiovisual form. Registration Categories include Individual and Site registration types. Both provide the user with a license to the content within Pamoga.com's Body of Knowledge and its Case Studies, and differ based on access limitations, cost, and allowed uses of such content.
Individual registrations are free, with Body of Knowledge access charged on a per Case Study basis, currently from US$14.95 to US$24.95 per Case Study, with an additional charge of US$39.95 for Audience components, plus applicable taxes. See Case Study Methodology for details.
Site registrations provide free access to the Body of Knowledge to employees of a business for a single annual fee, based on the total number of employees of that business, and may also include a limited quantity of Remote Services (see Consulting Methods for details). Consulting Methods offered by Pamoga LLC include the On-Line Consulting services available in Pamoga.com through its Body of Knowledge, and Direct Consulting Services which are divided into Remote Services and On-Site Services.
Remote Services address issue discovery, framing of the issue within Pamoga.com's Body of Knowledge, solution plan identification, and follow up on measured results. These Services, carried out via teleconference, are meant to provide succint guidance and are billed by the half-hour.
On-Site Services are dedicated for in-depth analyses, delivery of educational seminars, and initiation and management of progress on key initiatives. They are limited in duration to up to three days and are repeated based on a resolution plan, with Remote Services utilized to address between-visit concerns. On-Site Services require the assignment of a champion within the customer's business, who jointly with Pamoga LLC crafts and executes the solution plan. These Services are billed on a base plus variable rate determined by project complexity and number of visits to your facilities.
