Pamoga LLC's Services Model addresses key business success areas through its Consulting Structure, its Engagement Methods, and its Case Studies.the three key business success areas of Strategic Growth Planning, New Product Introduction, and Process Transformation through its Case Studies, its Consulting Structure, and its Engagement Methods.
Case Studies offer clients specific information on business problems, the environment in which they arise, and the possible solutions to resolve them, using as background real world business situations in which those solutions were successfully applied. For additional information,For more see Case Study Methodology.
Client consulting engagements may be provided under a variable hourly basis or under the terms of the specific project to be addressed. For more informationFor more see Consulting Structure.
Engagement Methods include Remote Consulting, offered through real-time collaborative communication venues and off-line follow-through, and On-Site Consulting, offered directly on customer premises over determined periods of time. For additional information. For more see Engagement Methods.
The Case Study Methodology is focused on the generation and use of Case Studies based on over 20 years of business engagements from which Pamoga LLC draws its expertise, exploring business issues and the actionable, straightforward approaches to solving them.
Each Case Study consists of three sections. First, the
Exposition provides a narrative of a real life business issue through its players, the issue faced, and the business setting in which it unfolds. Second, the
Applicable Theory defines the knowledge relevant to the issue described. Third, the
Real World Solution derives this Theory within its business context and describes its application toward issue resolution. While narratives convey real life issues and solutions, no business or particular individual is uniquely identified.
The
Exposition section of each Case Study is available free of charge in the Body of Knowledge, viewed by clicking the
PmgBoK tab. Complete Studies are available in digital format through Amazon.com at a nominal price (search for "Pamoga LLC"). Studies applicable to ongoing consulting engagements are provided to clients free of charge.
Occasionally,
Editorials are also added to the Body of Knowledge. These offer brief commentaries on pertinent consulting topics and are available free of charge. Editorials and Case Studies are subject to the usage license outlined by the
Terms of Use.
The Consulting Structure is based on hourly metered engagement time or by project scope, complexity, and expected duration. Both can be used in a single consulting engagement, although generally one is chosen over the other based on specific client need.
Typically, the Hourly structure is used for very time-limited engagements and is more applicable for initial consultation and determination of success factors, discussion of specific applicability of Case Studies, or as a quick refresher for previous consulting engagements, such as support of new resource training or brief modifications to prior solutions given impactful business or market changes.
The Project structure identifies the expected progression rate toward solving a client's needs, and based on that rate the expected consulting resources that will be required to achieve success, which normally falls into one of three increasing levels of engagement. Generally, the agreed upon level will depend more on the complexity and scope of the issue to resolve rather than on accelerating the overall engagement duration.
Services are billed on a fixed or fixed plus variable rate determined by the engagement's definition and the degree of On-site services at client facilities. For a current fee schedule please contact Pamoga LLC at inquire@pamoga.com.
The Engagement Methods offered by Pamoga LLC include Remote and On-Site Consulting services. Both are geared to work in standalone fashion as well as in coordination with each other toward addressing client needs.
Remote services are carried out via real-time collaborative communication venues such as group chats, video and teleconferencing, and digital noteboards, based on preferred client systems and approaches, and include off-line follow-through actions. These services may, in example, address initial client consultation, engagement and engagement-derived project coordination, roadblock addressing, individual mentoring, and insight formulation from relevant events.
On-Site services may be performed for in-depth analyses, delivery of educational seminars or workshop execution, or initiation and ongoing management of progress on key initiatives. They are limited in duration to up to three days, are performed at a client's designated facility, and are repeated based on a resolution plan, with Remote services utilized to address between-visit concerns.
Short term engagements may benefit from either or both Engagement Methods; longer term engagements normally utilize both and require the assignment of a champion within the customer's business, who jointly with Pamoga LLC crafts and executes the solution plan.
